How Do I Apply For A Wholesale Account?

Are The Prices On The Website Wholesale Or Retail?
The prices listed on the website are Retail Prices. Once your wholesale account has been approved and you log into your account you will see the discount price listed in the Shopping Cart after adding the item to your order. For accounts that meet the minimum order, the wholesale discount is 50%.
How Can I Place My Order?
You can place a new order by phone, fax, Email or directly on our Secure Website. You can call us at 1 (800) 493 - 0520 Monday through Friday 9 am EST to 5 pm EST., and we would be happy to take your order. You can fax your order to (954) 984-5192, or send your order by e-mail.
Is There A Minimum Order?
There is a minimum $250.00 opening order requirement for verified Wholesale Accounts. The minimum reorder is $100.00. Small orders, less than the minimum will receive a 30% discount.
Will You Drop Ship For Me?
We can Drop Ship your order directly to your customer. There is a $5.00 fee applied to all Drop Ship orders. All Drop Ship orders must come with a USPS prepaid label to ship to your customer.
Is Everything In Stock?
Our website does not show item availability. Often if an item isn't in stock it may take 2 weeks to obtain. Some items, especially those we import from Israel will take much longer. If you need an item by a certain date, please give us a call at 1 (800) 493 - 0520 Monday through Friday 9 am EST to 5 pm EST., and we will be happy to check our stock for you.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
All packages shipping to accounts within the state of Florida must have a copy of their Florida Resale Certificate on file. Please either e-mail a copy or fax a copy to: (954) 984-5192. Once your certificate is on file there will be no sales tax charges.

Can I Order With A Check or Net Terms?
We do not provide net terms. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. If you would like to pay by Company Check, you may place your order by phone or email and wait for us to contact you with the order total, including shipping. You can then send your check by mail. All orders that are paid by check are held 7-10 days for payment to clear.
Do You Have A Print Catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not have one. All of our items are pictured on our website. Our website specifically displays retail prices so you can show items to your customers without them seeing your cost.
