Can I Make A Return?

Products purchased at wholesale pricing are not returnable. If you have any questions at all prior to making your purchase please contact customer service so we may assist you with making the correct purchase.

What Should I Do If I Receive The Wrong Merchandise?

We take great care in picking, packing and shipping your order. If you accidentally received the wrong merchandise that you did not order:

  • Please keep all of the original packing materials and boxes.
  • Call us toll-free at 1 (800) 493-0520 or e-mail us at sales@JudaicaWarehouse.com with detailed information so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

What Should I Do If My Package Arrived Damaged?

The following procedures must be followed for any items received damaged:

  • Any issues must be reported to us within 7 DAYS of receipt.
  • Please keep all of the original packing materials and boxes.
  • Call us toll-free at 1 (800) 493-0520 or e-mail us sales@JudaicaWarehouse.com with detailed information regarding the issue
  • Pictures of the damage may be required in order to process a claim.
  • Please note if the above instructions are not followed your claim may not be covered under the shipping company's insurance policy. If the shipping company denies the claim because the damaged item is missing or the original packing material and box were not available for inspection a refund cannot be processed.

What If My Order Was Returned To You As Undeliverable?

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of either a bad address or the recipient was unable to receive or sign for the package, the package can be reshipped to a different address for a charge equal to the standard shipping charges. Additionally, any additional return shipping fees levied by the shipping company will be added to the charge.

If your package is unable to be reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the following fees will not be refunded to you: original shipping, handling and insurance fees and any additional fees levied by the shipping company for the return of the package.
