Domestic shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. The shipping charge will be added to your order and billed to the payment method used on the order once your order has been packaged.
Our warehouse selection varies as we receive weekly shipments from our suppliers located all over the world. Items that are in-stock will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Items that are not in stock will be added to our next incoming order and will usually ship within 10-15 business days. You will be notified by e-mail of any shipping delay over 15 business days. Please note that our website does not automatically indicate whether an item is in stock or not.

Florida law requires us to add sales tax of 6% to the cost of the order on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. If you are a wholesale customer, please Email us your resale certificate number to exempt the sales tax. There is no sales tax on orders shipped out of the state of Florida.

Important Information Regarding Receipt Of Damaged Merchandise
We take great care in packaging your items. Please review the contents of your box to be sure there is nothing missing or damaged. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 DAYS of receipt. The following procedures must be followed for any damaged items.
1. Keep all of the packaging materials and boxes.

Please note if the above instructions are not followed your claim may not be covered under the shipping company's insurance policy. If the shipping company denies the claim because the damaged item is missing or the original packing material and box were not available for inspection a refund cannot be processed. Pictures of the damage may be required in order to process a claim.
What If My Order Was Returned To You As Undeliverable?
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of either a bad address or the recipient was unable to receive or sign for the package, the package can be reshipped to a different address for a charge equal to the standard shipping charges. Additionally, any additional return shipping fees levied by the shipping company will be added to the charge.
If your package is unable to be reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the following fees will not be refunded to you: original shipping, handling and insurance fees and any additional fees levied by the shipping company for the return of the package.
*All surcharges that we incur from our shipping carrier for wrong or incomplete addresses will be billed to the purchaser. Please make sure to include Company Names and Unit Numbers to ensure prompt delivery.
